ITALY 🇮🇹 Due to Honor & I temporarily living at opposite ends of the country for work reasons we decided that to keep life interesting we’ll go on one trip each month, some big, some small and Italy was on the cards this month. For anyone interested in going to Italy on a road trip (lol) we thought we’d share our travel plans as it turned out to be the perfect amount of time in different places to soak it all in, so see below and hopefully it’s helpful to you. 😌 8 Days and 7 Nights, hired a car initially and hired mopeds in each major town as a better way to travel around. All in cost about £2,000 not including meals out. Day 1 Milan Day 2 Milan & Lake Como Day 3 Portofino & Santa Margherita Day 4 Portofino & Santa Margherita Day 5 Pisa & Sienna finishing in Rome (car all the way) Day 6 Rome Day 7 Rome Day 8 Rome (in hindsight we didn’t need the 8th day) Ciao x

A ‘How To Guide’ on saving ourselves from ourselves…nothing is more urgent today than taking the necessary steps towards a better future before the consequences of bad AI unravel. Not to say AI is inherently bad, in fact it could completely elevate all of us into a utopian future but bad actors or loose regulations could very quickly steer us down a path of no return. It’s easy to sit there now and assume everything’s fine when there doesn’t seem to be a clear or tangible sign of disaster ahead. But that is exactly what is so scary about incredibly smart machines, they aid the subtly, the manipulation, the slow dismantling of society without us even realising! Take responsibility as an individual and do something about it. Or don’t and take the ‘fuck it let’s just see what happens yolo’ approach @mo_gawdat #scarysmart

Light thinking for a Sunday 💡 I feel obliged to use my platform in a constructive way to talk about the issues of AI and the imminent fiat collapse as these things affect us all in such a disruptive way that communication seems the only tool in our arsenal we can utilise as a defence. I encourage anyone listening to not be asleep on this topic and start thinking productively about what we can do as a human, friend, fiancé, family member, species to be more conscious of the technology we are exponentially developing.
